This step by step guide is design specifically for Webmail users using Merak IceWarp only.

To change your own email password,
1) Log on to http://pop.YOURDOMAINNAME/mail/;

(For example, Your Domainname is exxelnet.com, so, your WebMail URL will be http://pop.exxelnet.com/mail)

2) Key in the Email address and password;
3) Click "Settings" (On Top Panel);
4) Click "Account" (From Left Panel);
5) Click "Modify";
6) Key in the new password in the "Enter new password :" box;
7) Key in the new password again in the "Confirm new password :" box;
8) Click "Save Changes";
9) Log out and you may login using the new password now.
