Security Issue with Filezilla
---------------------------------
Since that filezilla is an open source applications, any trojan attacks can easily inject script to it and carries it with your webfiles during your webfiles upload. You will need to ensure that you follow several practises to avoid any attacks on your computer that may compromise your FTP program.
a) Ensure that there is at least a good antivirus installed. If you use FREE antivirus, preferrebly using AVIRA or AVG Antivirus.
(AVIRA PERSONAL EDITION -

)
(AVG FREE EDITION -

b) During installation of FILEZILLA, UNCHECKED the option "[ ] Shell Extension" as this will avoid direct integration with your windows in case your windows has been hijacked by trojan viruses. This will minimize the chances of your webfiles getting injected by the "iframe injection" scripts.
c) Do regular maintenance on your computer files such as proper files cleanups and backup of your full set of web files. Always keep backup of files in ext source like a DVD or External storage device just in case your windows is compromised by trojan attacks.
