Article EMAIL Problem: An unknown error has occurred, Error Number: 0x800C0133

Problem:
The error "0x800C0133" indicates that the outlook program is corrupted because the entire mailbox in outlook have exceeded the 2Gigabyte limit.

Solution:
1) Reduces the number of emails inside the outlook.

2) Move out the original mailboxes and reimport back the emails.
STEP 1) Go to “Tools” > “Options” > “Maintenance” tab >
STEP 2) Click “Store Folder”. You will see a path to the OE Mailboxex.
STEP 3) Select the whole path, right-click and copy;
STEP 4) Click START BUTTON -> Run;
STEP 5) Paste the path in the box and click OK;
STEP 6) Copy everything inside this folder to another folder that is easier to access too. (e.g. c:\OE_TEMP);
STEP 7) Run MS Outlook program and use the Import wizard to import from files
